RCP Drum Company is a family-owned Christian business committed to designing and providing high-quality practice products that help drummers of all ages reach their full potential.

After a disappointing experience with another practice pad company, father-and-son team Brian and Robert set out in 2016 with a simple mission: create innovative practice products, keep them affordable for students, provide outstanding customer service, and ship orders quickly. What started as a dream—and a small basement workshop—has grown into a company trusted by drummers, educators, schools, and performers across the country.

In the early years, every practice pad was built by hand in our basement. As demand continued to grow, we made the decision to partner with experienced manufacturing specialists who produce our products to the exact standards we've developed over years of design, testing, and refinement. This allows us to maintain the quality our customers expect while continuing to develop new products and keep them readily available.

In 2026, we reached an exciting milestone by opening our 6,400-square-foot warehouse and fulfillment center. This expansion allows us to stock more products, improve efficiency, and continue providing the fast shipping and dependable service that have become a cornerstone of the RCP Drum Company experience.

Even as we've grown, one thing has never changed—we're still a family business. Every order is packed with care, every customer is important to us, and every product reflects the values our company was founded on.
