We want you to love your RCP product. Because of the nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you experience a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Please note that defects do not include damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or user error, including improper tuning or over-tightening of tension rods.
